Every service, every price, written down.
No packages you can't compare, no "from" prices that quietly triple. Three things I do, what each one costs, and exactly what you get. If something wouldn't pay for itself in your business, I'll tell you before you buy it.
A complete website, built from scratch
Fixed price, paid once, yours forever. Need more than the basics — extra pages, online booking, a shop? I'll quote it straight before we start, and you'll never find out the price went up after the work began.
Website design & build ✦
Everything a small business site actually needs
- ✓ Designed and built from scratch — not a template with your logo on it
- ✓ Mobile-friendly and fast — built for the phone in your customer's hand
- ✓ Click-to-call, contact details and opening hours where people look
- ✓ Written to sell — headlines and words that turn visitors into enquiries
- ✓ Google basics done properly: titles, descriptions, sitemap
- ✓ Live on your domain, hosting sorted, everything owned by you
Then £20/month hosting & care, entirely optional
Hosting & Care
After it's live · optional
- ✓ Enterprise hosting — fast from anywhere
- ✓ SSL certificate, renewed automatically
- ✓ Uptime monitoring, 24/7
- ✓ Backups held off-site
- ✓ One small change a month, just email it
- ✓ A human to email — reply within two working days
Or £200 a year — two months free
Shops, booking systems and customer logins are all possible — I quote those straight before anything starts, and you get one written price. What I won't sell you is guaranteed page-one Google rankings; anyone promising that is lying to you. Ask me straight on WhatsApp →
Hosting & Care — £20 a month
Once your site is built, someone has to keep it online, secure and up to date. You can do that yourself — I'll show you how. Or I'll do it for about a fiver a week.
What's in it
- ✓Hosting on enterprise infrastructure — the same global network that serves some of the world's biggest sites. Your site loads fast from anywhere.
- ✓SSL certificate, renewed automatically — the padlock in the address bar. Explained properly below.
- ✓Uptime monitoring, 24/7 — an alert reaches me if your site ever goes down, usually before you'd notice.
- ✓Backups held off-site — a full copy kept separately, so nothing is ever one accident away from gone.
- ✓One small change a month — new phone number, updated hours, a fresh photo, a price change. Just email it over.
- ✓A human to email — replies within two working days. No ticket system, no call centre.
£40–£120 a month, elsewhere
Most small businesses pay that for the same thing from an agency — or pay nothing and quietly run an insecure, out-of-date site until something breaks at the worst possible moment.
It's not a trap
You own your domain, in your name, on your card. You own your website files. If you ever want to leave, I hand everything over and help you move it — no ransom, no awkwardness.
It's not compulsory. Buy the build at £497 and walk away with everything if you'd rather host it yourself. The offer stands either way.
What an SSL certificate actually is
You know the little padlock next to a web address, and the fact that good sites start with https rather than http? That's an SSL certificate doing its job.
Without one, everything typed into your website — a name, a phone number, a message on your contact form — travels across the internet as plain readable text. With one, it's scrambled between your customer's phone and your website, so anyone intercepting it gets nonsense.
Why it matters even if you don't take payments: browsers now put a "Not secure" warning next to sites without one. A customer with a burst pipe seeing "Not secure" at the top of your page will hit back and call the next plumber. Google also ranks secure sites above insecure ones. It stopped being optional years ago.
Why it costs you nothing: certificates used to be sold for £50–£100 a year. Today the infrastructure I build on issues them free and renews them automatically every few months, forever. I've simply chosen a setup that includes it rather than one that charges you for it. If you ever see hosting that bills separately for SSL, that's a good sign to look elsewhere.
The job goes to whoever answers first
You're under a sink or up a ladder and the phone rings out. Most people don't leave a voicemail — they just go back to Google and ring the next name down. This makes sure that doesn't happen.
They ring, you can't answer
Hands in a boiler, up a ladder, driving to the merchants, or it's half seven at night. Doesn't matter.
They get a text in seconds
In your name, in your words. "Sorry I missed you — I'm on a job. What's the problem and what's your postcode?"
Replies land in one place
Every answer in one thread on your phone. You deal with three at once when you stop for a brew.
You quote while it's warm
Instead of finding out on Thursday that Monday's caller already had someone else out.
Missed-Call Rescue ✦
Your phone stops costing you jobs
- ✓ Your own business number, separate from your personal mobile
- ✓ Instant text-back on every missed call, written in your voice
- ✓ Out-of-hours and weekend replies that say when you're back
- ✓ Every reply in one inbox you can read on site, one-handed
- ✓ Monthly note of how many calls it caught
- ✓ The number is yours — cancel any month, keep it
Runs on its own once it's set up
Seven jobs in a year and it's paid for
Year one is £385 to set up plus £50 a month — £985 all in. At £150 a job that's seven recovered calls to break even, or roughly one every seven weeks. Win one a month and you're £800 up.
Put your own numbers in on the call — if it doesn't stack up for your trade, I'll say so.
Anyone who works with their hands
Plumbers, sparkies, gas engineers, roofers, drainage, locksmiths, mobile mechanics — any trade where the phone rings while you physically can't pick it up, and the caller has ten other numbers on the same search page.
One day. I find the leaks, then we plug them together.
Every small business leaks hours and money in the same places — quotes done at 10pm, invoices chased late or not at all, emails piling up, admin nobody has time for. I spend one full day in your business fixing exactly that.
The audit
I sit with you and find where the business is leaking time and money — the three tasks eating the most hours every week.
The build
I set up working Claude systems for each one, on your real work, in front of you. A job that took 45 minutes takes 5.
The training
You — or a staff member — learn to run it all without me. Plain English, no jargon, no dependency on me afterwards.
The takeaway
A one-page cheat sheet built for your business, and hours back every week from that day on.
The 1-Day AI Setup

- ✓ You or your staff trained to run it without me
- ✓ A one-page cheat sheet made for your business
- ✓ Working by five o'clock, or the day is free
No obligation · reply within 24 hours
All five free founding places are filled
Thank you to the five businesses that got in early. The Setup Day is now at its standard price of £550, fixed, with the same guarantee: working by five o'clock, or the day is free.

Six jobs it takes off your plate this week
Each of these is something owners tell me they do at night or on weekends. Each has a step-by-step walkthrough in the free guide.
Quotes in 5 minutes, not 45
Describe the job in plain English — it drafts a professional, itemised quote in your tone. You check the numbers, tweak two lines, send. The job you used to put off until Sunday becomes something you do from the van.
Typical saving: 2–4 hours a week
Invoice chasing that writes itself
The polite first nudge, the firmer second one, the final notice that stays professional — drafted in seconds, in your voice, at the right level of firm. Awkward money conversations stop being the reason you get paid late.
Typical result: faster payment, zero awkwardness
Emails answered before breakfast
Paste the enquiry, get a draft reply that sounds like you. Customer questions, supplier back-and-forth, the message you've been avoiding for three days — two minutes each. You stay in charge of send; it does the typing.
Typical saving: 30–60 minutes a day
Your accounts, finally in plain English
Upload last year's accounts and ask what they actually say. Where the money went, which work made you the most, what's quietly eating your margin. Then walk into your accountant's office with proper questions for once.
Works with Sage, Xero, QuickBooks exports
Reviews, FAQs and complaints — handled calmly
The 1-star review you want to reply to angrily? It drafts the calm, professional version that makes you look good to everyone reading. Plus review responses, website FAQs, and complaint replies that de-escalate instead of inflame.
Your reputation, protected at 11pm
Any document, understood in 30 seconds
Contracts, council letters, supplier terms, a 40-page tender — upload it and ask what it says, what needs a reply, and what to watch out for. You still verify anything that costs money. You just stop drowning in reading first.
Every long document, every time
What would it cost to hire this work out?
Drag the salary. This is the true annual cost of employing someone to handle the admin AI now covers — versus what Claude costs for a year.
Illustrative, based on typical UK employment costs (employer NI at 15% above the threshold, minimum auto-enrolment pension, standard overheads). AI doesn't replace every part of a role — the point is how much of the repetitive part it removes, for pounds a month.
The straight answers
Refresh or from scratch, it's the same £497 base — honestly, rebuilding properly is usually faster than untangling an old site. What carries over is anything worth keeping: your photos, reviews, and whatever's already working for you on Google.
Your domain name is roughly £10–15 a year, bought in your name on your card. Hosting is the only other cost, and you've got two options: host it yourself — I'll set it up and show you how, and for a site like this it can genuinely be free or a couple of pounds a month — or take Hosting & Care at £20/month and I handle it. Both are fine by me, and neither locks you in.
Days, not months. Exact timing depends on my calendar and how quickly you can look at previews and give feedback — but you'll see a working version of your site within days of the call, and we agree the go-live date up front.
When the project genuinely needs more — an online shop, booking system, lots of extra pages, or ongoing content work. If that's you, I'll say so on the call and give you one written price before anything starts. The base £497 site is exactly what's listed above, and most local businesses need exactly that.
They're separate things you can buy separately. But they're good mates: the AI day sorts what happens behind the scenes — quotes, invoices, emails — and the website sorts what customers see. Plenty of businesses need the website first, because it's the thing losing them work today.
Not sure which one you actually need?
That's what the free mini-audit is for. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you the two or three things I'd fix first — even if the answer is none of the above.
I work shifts — you'll get a personal reply, usually a voicenote, within 24 hours. Always.
