I'm Luke, and Your Way to AI is me. I build websites and simple AI automation for small businesses, from Crawley in West Sussex, for clients across the UK. You tell me about the business, I send back a real homepage mockup, and you decide from there.
I run it alongside a day job on a rotating shift pattern, so I know what running a business around shifts and an unanswered phone looks like. Every service on this page came from a real client problem, not a brochure.
This isn't a corporate agency. You get one person who builds the thing, answers the messages and is still around after go-live. If a job doesn't need what I sell, I'll tell you.

£20 a month, optional. Hosting, SSL, security updates, backups and 30 minutes of change work every month. Cancel any time and you keep the site. If you'd rather host it yourself, you get the files handed over.
Websites and review cards have a set cost. AI automation is costed to your problem once I know what it is. No VAT to add. Deposit to start, balance before go-live. Hosting and updates are optional at £20 a month, and you keep the site either way.

From start to finish a website usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks, including your two rounds of changes. Sending your changes as one list keeps it to that.
Two rounds are included. Each round is sent as one batch, so I can do them all in one go rather than piecemeal.
Yes. It's built on your domain and you keep the files. If you host with me at £20 a month you can cancel any time. If you'd rather host it yourself, I hand the files over.
Yes. Every website build comes with one, set up and tested, posted out at go-live. Extra cards are £25 each.
Things like lead follow-up, missed-call text-back, appointment reminders, review requests, estimate and invoice chasing, a daily summary of the business, stock alerts and sorting incoming enquiries. If it's repetitive and lives in your inbox, phone or spreadsheet, it's probably a candidate.
Because no two problems are the same. You tell me what's eating your time, I work out the fix, and then we agree a price for that fix, either a one-off or a monthly fee. Nothing starts until you've agreed it in writing.
Usually not. It's built on the accounts you already have, such as your booking system, email, accounts software or a spreadsheet. If a third-party tool has a cost, you'll know before we start.

Why the whole business runs on messages, and why I don't sell anything I haven't needed myself.
There's a reason my whole business runs on WhatsApp and voice notes. I know exactly what it's like to dread a ringing phone. Nobody who contacts me will ever be pushed into one.
I was 23. Hit head-on at 60mph by an uninsured driver who fled the country and never faced a thing. Fractured spine, tendon and ligament damage, carpal tunnel in both hands. Surviving it turned out to be the easy part.
Sat at the table with a bowl of cereal, hands so numb the spoon just dropped, again and again. Twenty-three years old and I couldn't feed myself breakfast. The PTSD took the rest: I stopped answering the phone, then lost the job, then the flat. In the space of months, the lot.
Years of physio and therapy, and one rule: do something uncomfortable every single day. I drove to Scotland and back just to prove I could sit in a car again. Taught myself to speak on the phone again, one dreaded call at a time. Then I found AI, and it became the thing I rebuilt with, all the way up to regional manager with the company car. Then I handed it back and moved to shift work, because shifts give me real days off to do this properly.
