Nature's Way Mobile MassageCrawley, West Sussex

Pauline had no website. A business card, a Facebook page and word of mouth, that was it. She knew exactly how she wanted to work, she just had no way of showing it to anyone who hadn't already met her.

Nature's Way homepage hero: dark green photo background, the headline, tags, Book Now button and a Facebook review

She was a pleasure to work with. She knew exactly what she wanted, right down to the colours and the fonts, and she came back on everything quickly and clearly. No chasing, no guessing, no weeks of silence between rounds.

Two rounds of changes, and she used both. Every word, price and photo on the site is hers, checked before it went live. Live on her own domain in September 2026, with hosting, SSL, backups and changes handled monthly so she can focus on the business.

Two rounds of changes, both used

  • Switched the whole site to Open Sans to match her printed leaflets.
  • Treatment names capitalised everywhere, the way she writes them.
  • Her own headline wording replaced mine.
  • Booking form removed; every button now goes to WhatsApp.
  • Photos swapped for the ones her clients sent of their gardens and allotments.
  • Loyalty card and gift voucher photographed and added, with the chair-cover sideline as a small extra.

“I met Luke by chance and am so glad I did. From the initial consult to full website build was only 2 weeks. During those 2 weeks Luke was highly professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient with my frequent questions and many amendment requests. His attention to detail has resulted in a highly professional looking website for my brand new business. I would absolutely recommend Luke at yourwaytoai.co.uk.”

What stands out

Three bits of the build worth a look. The full site is at the link above.

Treatments section: two photo cards for Indian Head Massage and Seated Chair Massage with PDF links and £40 price
Treatments. Her photos, plain descriptions, the price, and links to printable information sheets.
About section: photo of Pauline by her car, her story, and cards for qualifications, insurance, ICO registration and founding date
Credentials. Diplomas, insurance and ICO registration laid out as cards, so trust is spelled out.
Three phones showing the Nature's Way site: the hero, the treatments card and the reviews
On a phone. Everything above the fold, buttons full width, built for the screen her customers use.

Under the bonnet.
The bits nobody sees.

This is where most sites at this price cut corners.

01

Fast static build

No page builder, no plugins. Four pages, one small script for the menu, gallery lightbox and reveals.

02

Local search

Structured data for a local massage business and an FAQ. Titles and descriptions written around what people in Crawley actually type. Sitemap submitted to Search Console.

03

Nothing loads from outside

Fonts served from her own domain, no Google Fonts, no analytics, no cookies, so there's no cookie banner.

04

Security and policies

Full security headers, SSL, and a policies page covering privacy, booking and safety, and treatment terms.
